A B O U T

I am a multidisciplinary artist based in Stockholm, Sweden.
My passion is about interpreting subject matters by
making with my hands, to entertain several senses at once
as experiences are translated into craftmanship.
Working with materials such as clay, textile, snow, resin,
paper, leftover materials, metal and more,
my pieces are communicated through sculpture, illustration, photography and writing.

Through the poetry of abject creatures, dovetailed with seductive matter, I aim to question constructed ideas about human condition. Terms like “beauty”, “the frightening” and “femininity” are some conceptions I strive to challenge.

Besides recurring topics with dark connotations such as states
of captivity and liberation, I create dreamy and playful figures, celebrating material, colour and expansion –
however, with an ever-present hue of bittersweetness.
